We had big plans to take the family camping over Presidents Day. I wasn't thinking much about booking a spot since we've NEVER done that before! Apparently camping in Florida is a little more popular than it is in Missouri, because there were no available spots within 2 hours of our house! The alternative was to camp in the background. I don't think the kids cared at all!

We ordered pizza (which was way easier than roasting hot dogs!)
We all spent the night out in our tent. The kids settled down pretty quickly. It was, surprisingly, a pretty uneventful (but memorable!) night!
