Florida

Wow! We've had a busy month! We went to Orlando, Florida with Luke's family the first week in March. We visited Gatorland where Noah got to ride a train (his latest fascination!) We saw lots of crocodiles and alligators. Noah loved feeding the birds!

We apparently brought the cool weather with us because it was a bit chilly in the beginning, but it definitely warmed up to perfect temperatures by the end of the week!

We also visited Animal Kingdom. We took a "safari" and saw all kinds of different African animals. We watched the parade and a Lion King show. But without a doubt, Noah's favorite area was the playground! He had a great time running across the catwalks and going down the bridges. There was even a little archaeologist area where they could "dig" for dinosaur bones!
Here's Abby's souvenir from Gramma and Grandpa Sumner:

On Wednesday, we visited the urgent care center! Noah was having some respiratory problems again. Dr. Dao fixed him right up. We stopped at CiCi's while his prescription was being filled and Noah "shot" all the people in the restaurant (as in pointed his finger at them and said, Boom!) I'm not sure what kind of associations he was making, but it's definitely something he picked up from Luke!

We were also able to visit Agape Flights in Venice. It was about a 2 hour drive over to the western coast of Florida. Luke has been looking for a mission organization to work with ever since he felt the Lord leading him into full time ministry last fall. Agape Flights is a flight based organization that serves established missionary families and churches in the Caribbean. They receive mail and supplies and then distribute them to different locations where they can be picked up. Luke had been down there previously to spend a week with them and wanted me to see it. I was very impressed. There is a gentle steadiness about their operation. Luke has made a committment to them. Now we're just waiting on references before we go down for a week of training. Then we'll be set free to raise our support. We would REALLY appreciate all of you praying for us. This is going to be a giant leap of faith. While we're confident in our God, we're only humans. This will require a lot of humility and perseverance for our family! Here's Agape's website if you'd like to take a look! www.agapeflights.com

We had a great, relaxing vacation! I'll update you later on our trip to Missouri and the karaoke costume party we went to last night. It was hilarious! Love to you all!
